Sr. Analytics Engineer · Team Lead

Leading projects and innovation within Global FP&A, supervising two senior analysts and one junior analyst. I translate finance requirements into scalable reporting and planning solutions with IT and regional teams.

Led finance reporting migration from Snowflake to Databricks for 1,000+ users and integrated global SG&A planning for 500+ users. Built Python and SQL solutions powering Power BI reporting and forecasts worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

Developed automated planning pipelines for Germany using SAP, Snowflake and Databricks. Supported version control and deployment practices across Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, with GitHub and Jira change tracking.

Developed Python forecasting models for global trading and demand, with reported MAPE below 15% in that work. Compared Linear and Huber Regression and LightGBM using MLflow. Built Power BI market intelligence reporting on demand, prices, weather and trade flows, and analyzed price transmission from fruit plantations to retail.

Presented market analysis and business recommendations to trading leaders across the Americas and Europe. These employment results are separate from the Australian forecasting portfolio project.

Built Power BI and Python analyses for finance, risk and customer success. Developed profitability indicators, monitored cancellations and chargebacks, and used R to forecast cash flow and support liquidity planning.
